Impact through design

The tools change. The deliverable format changes. The work doesn’t. Every engagement below required the same thing: someone to make the product design decisions, both structural and visual, that turn a functional product into a considered one.

What’s different now is speed and format. The cases below were multi-month embedded partnerships. The model is still embedded and ongoing, but the decisions are now encoded as infrastructure instead of implemented as pixels.

Every engagement required making the product design decisions that don’t exist in a brand guidelines PDF or a feature requirements doc: which flows to simplify, which features to cut, how to translate brand intent into interfaces people actually use. Every project involved being embedded in small, focused teams with direct access to the people making the calls. And every outcome was measured by what shipped, not what was presented.

The difference in 2026: those same decisions now ship in a .cursorrules file instead of a Figma handoff.
