Launching a €10M+ impact funding platform
Challenge
How do you create a platform where foundations and NGOs can measure and share impact using common frameworks - when impact measurement in civil society is incredibly complex, with diverse organizations using different models and goals?
Approach
Collaborated with Elsewhere Studio on this ambitious impact measurement platform. Working alongside their team, I contributed to the brand strategy, design systems, and UI design that helped transform a complex vision into an accessible platform. Together, we engaged with Novo Nordisk foundation to understand civil society impact measurement, then built systems that made sophisticated functionality feel approachable rather than intimidating.
