Building product design capability for global brands
Challenge
Global brands like H&M, BMW, Adidas, and Sony had resources but lacked in-house design leadership to navigate complex digital transformations. They needed strategic guidance paired with hands-on execution.
Approach
As part of ustwo's product design team, I contributed to multiple high-impact client engagements. Worked on H&M's first mobile e-commerce platform for mobile and tablet – a project that quickly overtook web and catalogue sales.
Collaborated on the BMW/Alphabet fleet management app, working closely with stakeholders from across Europe to create a unified solution for 12 different markets with unique operational and legal requirements. The app went on to win 'Best in Mobility' awards at the IAA Mobility Awards in both 2022 and 2023.
Embedded with Skånetrafiken's internal incubator 'The Lab' at Malmö Central Station, partnering directly with developers, managers, and their marketing/print-focused branding team to reimagine public transport's digital experience for southern Sweden.
Impact
